By accessing or using Onello ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Onello is an AI model aggregation platform that provides unified access to multiple artificial intelligence language models through a single interface. The Service includes features such as single-model chat, multi-model comparison (Compare), a Knowledge Vault for saving and organizing AI-generated content, and related tools. Access to certain AI models and features may vary based on your subscription plan.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Onello offers multiple subscription tiers, each with a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed when you send messages to AI models, with different models consuming different amounts of credits based on their computational cost. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit allocations, and available models at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or access controls; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (d) use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns; (e) resell or redistribute access to the AI models provided through the Service; or (f) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Content generated by AI models through the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and determining the appropriateness of any AI-generated content before relying on or distributing it. Onello does not claim ownership of content you generate through the Service.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Onello and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you create or save to the Knowledge Vault remains your property, subject to the licenses necessary for us to provide the Service.
The Service provides access to AI models developed and operated by third-party providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and others). Your use of these models through our Service is also subject to the respective terms and policies of these providers. We do not control the outputs of these models and are not responsible for their responses. Model availability may change without notice due to third-party provider decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
