You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers, including Free, Pro, and Team plans. Each tier provides a monthly allocation of credits that can be used to access AI models and features. Specific credit allocations, pricing, and features for each tier are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Credits are the virtual currency used within the Service to access AI models and features. Different models and operations consume different amounts of credits based on their computational cost. Credit costs for each model are displayed within the Service interface before use.
Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless explicitly stated in your subscription plan. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Upon subscription cancellation, any remaining credits are forfeited.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred under your account. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may not use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
You may not resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our express written permission.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
The Service provides access to AI models developed and operated by third-party providers. We act as an intermediary platform and do not control the outputs generated by these models. The accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content is not guaranteed. You acknowledge that AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate content, and you use such content at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HALO GLOBAL NETWORK LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
