Our Refund Approach

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of HALO GLOBAL NETWORK LLC. Credits and subscriptions may be refunded where appropriate after review of the request.

When Refunds May Be Granted

We may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the Service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages affecting your subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction within the first 7 days of initial subscription

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Credits that have already been consumed
  • Partial month subscriptions after the first 7 days
  • Subscription renewals (you must cancel before renewal)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
